For your convenience, I’ve put together a list of some of the most common questions we are asked and their respective answers. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, drop us a line and we'll do our best to get you the information as soon as possible.

WHAT TYPES OF HEALTH INSURANCE DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept most commercial insurance plans, as well as Medicare, Medicaid, Worker's Compensation, and many auto insurance plans. If there is ever a question about whether or not we accept your insurance, give us a call, and our friendly staff will help you find out.

DO I NEED A DOCTOR’S REFERRAL?

Idaho is a direct-access state, which means that we can see you directly, without a referral from a physician. However, some insurances may require a referral in order for them to pay for our services. If you have questions about whether or not your insurance requires a referral, contact your insurance, or feel free to reach out to us and we can help you find out.

WHAT IS YOUR NEW PATIENT PROCEDURE?

Typically, patients call us to schedule an initial evaluation. Sometimes your physician's office will send us the referral (sometimes called a prescription) for physical therapy services along with instructions for us to contact you to schedule the initial evaluation. When in doubt, give a call! We will be happy to assist you.

WHAT IS PHYSICAL THERAPY?

Physical therapy is the branch of healthcare dedicated to rehabilitating individuals who have experienced a decrease in their functional abilities due to illness or injury. Our job is to help return you to your prior level of function so that you can get back to work, back on the playing field, or simply, back to the life you want to live.
